The Experiment

Are you wondering what happened with Nicole?

Well, you already know that Nicole did a bit of an experiment.

She started off feeling that she was being swallowed alive by frustration, anger and a constant pissiness (with the world in general and with life itself).

What a shitty way to live.

I mean, seriously.

She knew that something had to change.

So she started experimenting. She’d study and learn, then test out some actions on herself. She tweaked and toyed with the ideas until she came up with something… something that changed everything.

That something was:

An Experiment in Gratitude: 30 days to a meaningful shift from frustration to flow

If you’re anything like Nicole, you know that crappy feeling of being stuck in the frustration and pissiness that life sometimes deals all of us. None of us wants to get stuck there, but sometimes it happens.

So what do you do when you’ve been there so long that you’re sure the breadcrumbs you’ve left yourself have been devoured by the vultures circling overhead?

Nicole spent quite a bit of time flailing about, grasping at anything that might offer the smallest bit of hope.

This did not help her frustration levels.

On top of all the other shit she dealt with in daily life.. everything she tried to do to make her life better just…left her wanting. It all left her feeling lower than before. She couldn’t help but wonder if it was just her (talk about a punch to the gut… that one seriously hurt).

After much trial and error (and gnashing of teeth… you should see her dental bills!), Nicole was able to pull together a program that worked for her.

Here’s what she did (and what you can be a part of now too!).

How it works

The basis of The Experiment is documenting your gratitude. Each and every day.

Pretty simple, huh? (Nicole thought so too, at first.)

Most of us know how easy it is to decide that something (especially when it’s simple!) sounds like a great idea, and to ‘commit’ to it in the heat of the moment. Most of us also know that it takes more than “this sounds like a great idea!” declared in the heat of the moment in order to create any kind of lasting change. (Yeah, how’re this years resolutions working out for you so far?)

Nicole found that when she put some structure in place, she was able to take this simple idea from one that would wind up with last years treadmill (which worked fabulously well as a clothes drying rack!), to one that would help her turn things around for real this time.

Cool, huh?

She also found that having small bits of encouragement (in the form of quick, yet profound: exercises, meditations, inspiration, and the like) helped to keep her fired up over her goal & moving forward.

Is this sounding interesting? Are you feeling like you’re ready to take the leap into what your life could be?

Sweet…. but first.. you need to know:

The Experiment is not for you if:

  • You’re still in whining/bitching mode. I totally understand it (being a recovering whiner/bitch myself). At the same time, if you’re still in that mode, you’re likely not quite ready to do what’s necessary to make real and lasting change. That’s cool… it’s your choice. Unfortunately, if you’re still there neither this product nor any other is going to do a whole hell of a lot for you. Come back and see me when you’re really fed up with the same old shit.
  • If you’d rather talk about how busy you are than make a tiny bit of room in your schedule to do the work. This only works if you work it. No one else can do that part for you.

The Experiment is totally for you if:

  • You really are fed up with feeling like you’re wasting your life away feeling totally crappy (frustrated, angry, pissy) about it all.
  • If you know, at least intellectually, that there is more & that it’s available even to you (IT IS!).
  • If you’re open to the power of gratitude to effect change in your life.
  • If you’re willing to put in the little bit of time and effort that it does take.

Whaddya say? Want to know what you get?

You’ll get:

  • An e-mail (immediately) detailing what you’re to do & what you can expect
  • E-mails every single day for 30 days (plus a follow-up!). Some of these will be quick reminder e-mails, and some of them will have inspirational bits, or a brief meditation, journaling exercise, etc… Some of them are more of a kick-in-the-ass (c’mon, we all need it now & then). The e-mails will go back & forth (quick reminder e-mail one day, more juicy e-mail the next, and so on) for your reading pleasure.
  • At the end of the 30 days, you’ll receive .pdf’s of each of the juicy e-mails (for easy storing and printing if you should so desire) to keep and easily refer back to

What you’ll really get:

  • How does the phrase ‘pure magic’ make you feel? That’s how Nicole felt shortly into The Experiment. She recognized the synchronicities flowing through her daily life (do you know what it feels like to be in touch with something so much larger than yourself? You will as you’re doing The Experiment) & just felt like she was being carried gently down the river rather than finding herself in that oh-so-well-known creek (without a paddle)
  • To really experience the way that life was meant to be lived (hint: that daily drudgery… that is SO not it)
  • To feel a sense of peace and joy that you may never have had before. It sounds so cliche, but… actually feeling it? That’s indescribable.. You’ve gotta feel it for yourself
  • A sense of power and control over your life. It’ll become easier to recognize that you always have choices. You may not always be able to choose your circumstances, but you can choose your perception of them. Building your gratitude muscle makes that so much easier.
